Where We Deliver
- CozyCub currently delivers across India only. International shipping is not available.
- Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment methods.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
- Dispatch happens on the next available shipping day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
- Tamil Nadu: 3–4 business days from dispatch.
- Other Indian States: 5–10 business days from dispatch (may extend up to 14 days depending on location).
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Possible Delays
- External factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may sometimes cause exceptions.
Non-Delivery / Delayed Delivery
- If your order is not delivered within 21 days of dispatch or is confirmed lost by the courier, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- If an order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please raise a claim within 3 business days.
Incorrect Address Policy
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping charges will apply.
