Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
Dispatch happens on the next available shipping day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
Tamil Nadu: 3–4 business days from dispatch.
Other Indian States: 5–10 business days from dispatch (may extend up to 14 days depending on location).
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Possible Delays
External factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may sometimes cause exceptions.
Non-Delivery / Delayed Delivery
If your order is not delivered within 21 days of dispatch or is confirmed lost by the courier, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
If an order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please raise a claim within 3 business days.
Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping charges will apply.
